I'm Carla - and I'm so glad you're here.

After 20 years in the NHS as a registered nurse, and as someone in surgical menopause myself, I've seen first hand how often women are left to navigate perimenopause and menopause alone - confused, overwhelmed, anxious and exhausted. Sound familiar?

That's exactly why I became a certified health coach.

​

I've always been passionate about women's health, but I realised that what so many women need during this time isn't just information - it's support. Real, compassionate, expert guidance to help you feel like yourself again (or maybe even better than ever).

​

Through personalised nutrition, smart fitness strategies, and practical stress management tools, I help women move through this powerful phase of life with confidence, clarity and strength. My approach combines science-backed knowledge from my nursing background with the holistic, whole-person support of health coaching.

This isn't about quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions. It's about you - your body, your goals, your life.

Carla Elizabeth Health is a dedicated women's health coaching service, specialising in menopause and perimenopause.

 

Every woman's experience with perimenopause and menopause is different - and that's exactly why my coaching is personalised, compassionate, and rooted in understanding your unique journey.

We start with a deep dive.

Our first step together is a thorough look at your current health, lifestyle, and personal history. We talk about what's been going on with your body, your energy, your mood - all the things that impact your daily life. Nothing is off-limits, and everything is met with care and curiosity, not judgement.

​

We identify what matters most to you.

Next, we'll explore your goals - not just the 'I should' ones, but the ones that truly matter to you. Maybe it's better sleep, balanced hormones, feeling strong and confident again, or managing stress without feeling burned out. Together, we figure out what you want and need most during this phase of life.

​

Then we make a clear, doable plan.

Using everything we've uncovered, I help you create SMART goals - Specific, Measurable, Achieveable, Relevant and Time-bound. These are meaningful steps that fit into your lifestyle, not someone else's idea of what you 'should' be doing, Think: sustainable changes, not overnight overhauls.

And I'm with you every step of the way.

I'll be your guide, cheerleader, and accountability partner - helping you navigate the ups and downs, tweak the plan when life happens, and celebrate every win, big or small.

My goal is simple: to empower you with the knowledge, tools and support you need to feel your best - not just during perimenopause and menopause, but well beyond.

What I offer

I believe preventative healthcare should be widely accessible, so I offer both  package options where finances allow, and also a pay as you go option. I strongly recommend a commitment of at least 6 weeks.

Your Initial Consultation

Our first session is a 90-minute deep dive into you. We'll explore your current health, lifestyle, medical history, symptoms, and any challenges you're facing. This is your space to be heard, supported and truly understood. Together, we will uncover what's going on beneath the surface and begin shaping clear, meaningful goals to guide your journey forward.

PAYG 1-1 Coaching Sessions

Following your initial consultation, we'll meet weekly for focused 45 minute one-on-one sessions. These are designed to keep you moving forward - tracking progress, adjusting your plan, and supporting you through every step of your perimenopause and menopause journey.

Transformation Package

This is my all inclusive package - designed for women who are ready to fully commit to themselves and create lasting change during perimenopause and menopause.

With this 3 month package, you'll receive everything you need to feel supported, empowered, and in control of your health again. We'll go beyond surface-level fixes and dive deep into your nutrition, fitness, hormone health, stress management, and overall lifestyle - all tailored to you.
